Thank you all. He is now home resting. Urinary Track infection. Treated with Antibiotics. His BP is high anyway, but the first time they took it was right after he threw up which may explain why it was off the scale.
However, the EGK revealed a problem; the ER doc called it a Left Bundle Branch Block. From what I can tell, it means that something is not firing at exactly the same time (wikipedia). In any case, it's serious and he needs to go see a cardiologist ASAP.
