that is great that some companies will still go out of their way for families and host somthing like this! Are they hiring?

Agreed. My company paid for everyone and their families to a local amusement park, including a catered lunch. Everyone has a great time there!

It is a great company (Ace Hardware Paints). They have never layed a single person off since they opened in 1984. We have cut back on expenses and replacing people. I have seen them pay people to sweep the floors for two months.
