Default Utility to rip .cda files to .mp3/4 files

I want to rip cda tracks from my cds to an mp3 or mp4 format. What's a good utility for this?

Two (for Windows) that I can think of at the moment are:

CDex
Exact Audio Copy

both are free and both work very well.
