modded air box? What do short or long velocity stacks do? Some guys run water wetter but I heard it doesn't sit well with the busa? And the Temp Sensor relocator??

Small box mod on left, large on right.

Small removes the inner raised part and flapper.

Large removes everything in the lower part of the air box and a new "floor" has to be made up.

Can't remember which but by changing stacks either give you more low end power while the other gives top end power at the cost of the other. Say the one gives you top end, by doing that you will lose some of the bottom end in return.

Never heard much about water wetter. Most hear run engine ice.

Temp sensor relocator moves the temp sensor so that the fan will come on sooner.

Do a search to find out more specifics or someone else will chime in.

for most street bikes, small box mod and the standard oem mixed stacks works best

all shorts = more top, with modded motors or n2o,with a stock motor you will loose more under the curve then you will gain on top
all longs = more torque, loose a little on top

depending on which temp sensor mod you are asking about...the coolant sensor does as described above....and the AIT relocation puts the sensor in the ram air tube as opposed to being trapped under the tank where it gets hotter and does not accurately measure.

are there any instructions for the airbox mod? Large one especially?
