Hi guys. I'm looking to buy new tyres for my 2014 busa. This is my 2nd busa. I changed from Bridgestone to pirelli gt's which I thought were perfect. So I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea if any other tyre might be better..

Hi guys.

I'm looking to buy new tires for my 2014 Hayabusa.

This is my 2nd Hayabusa .

I changed from Bridgestone to Pirelli gt's which I thought were perfect.

So I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea if any other tire might be better . . .

Not trying to ask them to do more than they should ~ if you buy a higher number they'll last longer . . .

However, that also means that they will not stick nearly as well as the lower number tires !

What I've found out is that the 180 / 55 " HOOK - UP " works great for the drags.

I wouldn't ask that tire to perform well heading up to an Idyllwild ride !

The " ADVANCE " 005 would be my choice for curving roads .

The " APEX " 010 would last me a little bit longer.

Buy whatever you want to go ride with ?

I'm OK~ with a good Shinko.

Just my two cents here.

I've had both the PR3 & PR4's both real good on wet roads,I have the PR4gts
now and have so far got 23000kms on them and still just over half worn. The new metzler zero1 is ok but heavier.
