Funny how times change, and for the worse.
What seems like only a few years ago, alot of us were in shock because it seemed Bill Clinton was about to be impeached over lying about a bj.
Now our king, I mean president, does basically whatever he wants.
Hillary is pretty much doing the same thing, all the while laughing and mocking the system. And unless they lock the bitch up, she'll be the Dem's candidate.
And guess how many will vote for her just because she's a woman. And don't worry about that email thing, it's no big deal, she'll be an honest president. And Benghazi? Special Forces teams ready to go, but never got the order to go. Seems like someone wanted the guys that died there dead. Maybe that's in her email too.
The whole puppet circus in DC is an absolute joke.
Still think your vote counts? Or it matters who wins? I have my doubts, but what do I know.
I'm just a conspiracy nut because I don't belive the media.

I agree many ppl will vote for her because she is a WOMAN period and that somehow will result in positive change. her husband embarrassed the office of POTUS and absolutely shud have been impeached. he's a liar just like she is. "I DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH THAT WOMAN"........ thats wat we need TWO liars in the oval office running our country with the most incompetent secretary of state in the history of our country. wake up ppl for gods sake smh!

well, the US wanted change by electing a black guy into office who was clearly the most unqualified person to ever run for POTUS and it showed.

ppl vote based on their emotion vs. wat is really best for their country or themselves. well, change is wat the American public got but that change wasn't very inspiring....smh

so lets pay criminals to do less crimes. or better lets pay criminals so they can be more careful and make sure they don't get caught and are more careful after sticking a gun in ur face while they rob u! smh. who says crime doesn't pay....

Cruz is a politician and will be bought with special interests like every other POTUS has in the history of our country and will have to take care of them if he wants to see a second term. Trump is NOT a politician and can't be bought. THAT is the primary difference between the two. I happen to like Cruz as well tho....

Trump is kind of a jackass Ill agree but this country is sick of the political machine and could use a business man in there vs. a puppet which is wat u get wen special interest groups donate MILLIONS to secure favors and jobs.

Trump will not be subject to that and can therefore put the RIGHT people in the RIGHT places without being concerned about who helped him get elected and having to take care of them. being POTUS has become a financial game these days so unless ur independently wealthy like Trump is they rely on donations. donations are just a fancy word for being "BOUGHT".

They only thing Trump and Cruz have in common is that they are both running on the GOP ticket. Can't stand Trump.

I couldn't read the entire article, but it looked like they were going to pay criminals to be good. Who thinks this will work ? Does it remind you of anything ? Maybe the $150B we just gave Iran to be good. :beerchug:

I wholeheartedly Trump had touched a nerve in voters who are tired of the same old thing; Liberals and RINO's who keep lining their own pockets, and I applaud him for doing so. However, don't for a moment think he doesn't have his own interests are heart. He's clearly changed sides on issues fairly recently. Trump only had 2 things in his toolbox: bluster and insult. Watch every debate - when he's actually challenged, he doesn't debate the issue, he insults the other person - every time. He even managed to insult EVERYBODY including the audience this last debate. His insult thrown at Cruz in his closing was CHILDISH. I have a hard time respecting a man who filed bankruptcy 4-6 times, while living the lifestyle of the Rich and Famous, which in my mind is STEALING. He (and his fans) can say "He just used the law", but the truth is he convinced other people to invest in his failed ventures, then walked about clean and left them hanging. He tried to use eminent domain to feather his own pockets, and Bush nailed him on it.

Trump's ego is his biggest asset, and it's also his biggest weakness. And it's DANGEROUS. What's he gonna do when he's POTUS and someone (SCOTUS, Both sides of Congress, or the Press) legitimately challenges him? Insult them? Refuse to show up? What I fear about Trump is what I have always feared (justifiably) with Obama...when he doesn't get his way, he tried to circumvent it with EO...you don't think Trump would do the same or worse? Not that I might like what Trump used EO's for, but it's dangerous in a constitutional republic for too much power to reside in the executive branch; it's the breeding ground for a TYRANT. He thinks his crap don't stink so badly, he'll issue decrees because he's so convinced he's so right...

I actually think our founding fathers split the powers on purpose, so that a lot of things don't get done easily, the only time things get done easily is when there is a clear danger that everyone recognizes regardless of affiliation. In this, they were geniuses.

Cruz has PROVEN he doesn't give a crap about pandering to EITHER party. If he could be bought, you would have seen it in IA on the Ethanol subsidies issue. This was clearly a difficult stance for him to take as it's a big deal in IA; even the GOV said "anyone but Cruz" but after Cruz said he didn't believe in subsidies for anybody, the people resoundingly accepted his argument and he won IA. Go watch his Senate hearing on CSPAN. He's brilliant. His background is clean and his story is all about the American Dream. He's got a photogenic memory; he was the national debate champion. He had the guts to publicly call Mitch McConnell a liar when McConnell flat out lied to him. He's the REAL DEAL. Maybe the only REAL DEAL since Reagan.

Sat night, you heard all the candidates squeal about how they were against draft registration for women, yet all of them extolled having women in ground combat jobs - totally pandering. Except Cruz. You can't have it both ways; if you are going to let women compete for direct ground combat jobs, you HAVE to open their eligibility for the draft. What Cruz later said was that women (rightfully) should not be in ground combat MOS's AND should not have to register for the draft - which is the right answer.

filed bankruptcy 4-6 times lol cmon ur smarter then that you sound like a democratic strategist on CNN trying to mislead ppl. trump’s bankruptcies were chapter 11 reorganizations which are designed to restructure businesses without shutting them down completely. and is was 4 times not 4-6 times.

thousands of companies have filled chapter 11. chapter 11 filing isn't always do to bad business making decisions. in fact, it rarely is. and those were in the gaming industry which is touch and go. its a common practice done in the business world and the guy has 8 Billion dollars so that comment really doesn't hold much water does it cause obviously over the past 25 years of business he's made FAR more great business decisions then poor? u think any billionaire hasn't made a few bad business decisions to get to a billion dollars. now X that by 8!

this country needs a business man not a politician. Cruz knows nothing about business and in the end is ur typical politician and ppl are tired of the political machine run by special interest groups with lots of $$$$$$$$.

Cruz is a nice guy and honest (Unlike that idiot Clinton) but America doesn't need a nice honest and guy to be POTUS (If that was the case we wud all be voting for that spineless weasel Bush) they need a tough take not poop businessman who can put the right ppl in the right places without worrying about which special interest group has to be taken care of. THAT is the bottom line....

Remind me not to loan you money Brett...

I know a LOT about Chapter 11 (and that's not from filing it); I've been on creditor's committees for some fairly substantial cases, and I've defended our company from several preference claims. The money that Trump walked away from didn't grow on a tree, it came from SOMEBODY. And usually in a bankruptcy, the ones that get hurt the most are the small guys/vendors as it can ruin them fairly easily. Trump can hide behind his Corporate Shells all he wants (and yes, it's entirely legal) but that don't make it MORAL. The bottom line is he WALKED AWAY FROM HIS OBLIGATIONS, all the while sipping champaign and eating caviar on his private jet. No, that doesn't fly with me. EVEN if Trump paid back all the debt (he didn't BTW), that immediate loss of income destroyed businesses and families. The guy has 8 billion because he stole about half of it by walking away from his obligations. Therefore I have ZERO respect for the man.

Having said that, if he gets the nomination, I will still regretfully vote for him because even he'd be better than any Democrat. Sad to say. So...if Cruz wins...do you also extend him the same?

Reagan wasn't the smartest cookie in the bowl, but he was the most honest, and he was a pretty decent judge of character (most of the time). He surrounded him self with talented people of character, and they did pretty dang good. It scares me to death to think that Trump might get his hands on the nuclear football...

I don't need a loan for money I got plenty of my own.....:muscle:dont be so naive! the man has $8 Billion dollars......! do u really think at some point in making that much money he's not gonna have some failures?

families and businesses are lost daily here in this country due to business deal and thats the reason u have zero respect for the man? really?

so instead on focusing on the 4 chapter 11's over 25 years of some of the most successful business decisions in the history of our country maybe you shud focus on the $8 BILLION he has earned which obviously qualifies him as a terribly successful business man.

or maybe you shud focus on the 10's of 1000's of jobs he has created with his many companies then the few that lost their job. thats called capitalism..... the government didn't create them 1000's of jobs TRUMP did!

thats like looking at a professional athlete that had some bad games in college. does it really matter now since he is on the All-Star team now in the NBA? those are called growing pains and ANY rich man on this planet has had them and yes ppl have been run over in the process..... again CAPITOLISM!

if you think that NO ONE will ever lose their job due to a company being bought, sold or liquified then you have a pretty shallow view of how a business man becomes successful in this country.

I don't belong to nor am I loyal to any party but considering the dems have a lying incompetent bitch and a socialist I will surely be voting for either Trump or Cruz and I have zero worries about Trump and a nuclear weapon. we have weapons far superier to a nuclear weapon that are precise and accurate. there just isn't really a need for a Nuc these days unless were being attacked by a Nuc.

i wrote a wonderful piece for someone who bashed trump and his mistakes and how they felt he was not qualified for anything... the gist was... nobody knows how to do things till they are taught/make mistakes. as a CEO he is in charge of and makes deals with wide variety of people, cultures, personality's, laws this includes directing those under him for the success of the business... including security. the president negotiates treaties, enforces the law (not makes it) and is commander in cheif.... so explain how he is NOT qualified (and certainly more than a community organizer and never held a job)

Chris ppl don't like the fact that he doesn't appear "Presidential".... but in reality that exactly wat ppl are looking for is someone who ISNT a politician. we as a country are so sick of the political machine that it makes most of us puke!

and to think some don't support him cause he parted out a few companies vs. watching them go down in flames is comical at best but thats not wat really upsets them. thats just the only thing they can think of and its pretty weak actually.

ANY candidate running for POTUS right now HAS to rely of special interest groups to get elected..... ANY candidate other then Trump that is! yea yea yea u donate money to my campaign and ill make sure u get the right job or the right government contract or ur friend will or his friend will or his family member etc....

ppl are sick of that poop and its not too often we get a candidate that isn't corrupted into making special interest groups happy. yea Trump can come across like a jackass at times but so fukn wat. he makes Bush look stupid every time the dude opens his mouth. wat a spineless weasel Bush is!!!! he's a message to Bush..."Ur polling at 5% Bush, no buddy cares wat u think".

Name calling and tossing insults seem to pass for political discussion these days, maybe it's too much talk radio. I guess that is entertaining and all, but it's a poor substitute for actually advancing ideas and making a case FOR something.

I'm not interested in party labels. If a candidate wants my vote, I want to hear what they are FOR. And they can start by telling me about their military service, because if they didn't serve then I don't need to hear their opinions to begin with- they aren't getting my vote.

Just as life isn't the same as the Kardashians, Trump is a reality-show candidate. I'm not saying he's not smart and talented, I'm saying he's an egotistical weasel...

I'm not saying he's not smart and talented, I'm saying he's an egotistical weasel...

I think you summed up pretty much every candidate there has ever been with this comment.
