I'm pretty sure most of them are Mk-2 Jap home market 750's.

They seem to have 6-spoke 16" front wheels same as the pop-up headlight Kat.
The 1000 and 1100 Kats all had skinny 19" fronts.

Most of the rest of the bike is similar or identical to the 1100.
The aircooled GSX1100 motor drops in as does the oilcooled GSXR1100 and Bandit 1200.

Several 1100 Kats I know to in the UK and AU started off as 2nd hand Jap import 750's.
