Well, to make this thread a bit more interesting, we are getting into the fairings too. We've been talking about it for over a year & finally happening.

Buy Now pages are up: SUZUKI FAIRINGS | PashnitMoto.com
..but we've got some html errors to work out.

Both for Gen-I & Gen-II plus separate pieces too.

I bought a spare hump for the Gen-II to have sent off to CustomCowls.com to have some fun.

for the record...pig spotters was a bad choice (in honor of anchor man 2 announcing) ....... cant see anything out of them but damn they look good.....so great to get out there and go 140 again damn I love my busa so much

love the paint scheme....tank needs some work but I didnt buy a tank cover damnit.....there is alot of rough edges on these fairings.....pashnit would definently be a better way of going if you dont go oem plus he is here to talk to about it

motomarts i do believe.....spend a little more go with a more popular buyer....he sends decent products but takes FOREVER

Has anyone bought through Wholesale - Buy China Wholesale Products from Chinese Wholesalers on DHgate.com ? They have a whole bunch of fairings cheap and there are a variety of different vendors. I've noticed that a lot of them state the difference between injection moulding and hand compression moulding and the price difference is close to $100. I would believe that the hand moulding process would be the one that would be more prone to cracks since it's cheaper to produce.

I just ordered a set of fairings for my buddies 2011 Busa from motofairings2009, they took about 5 weeks to get here and came in yesterday. You can't beat $725 BUT the decals are painted on by stencils and look like the stencil was cut out with somebody's teeth. The fairings are the factory pearl whit and the striping was suppose to be grey but they painted them black. This in itself was no big deal but they PAINTED over about an inch all the way around of the stripes, at first I thought it was an accident but now I think it was suppose to be some sort of fade from the black to the white but it's jacked up looking. I will post some pics here in a little bit.

Well I ordered a set for my buddies 2011 Hayabusa about 5 weeks ago from motofairings2009 from ebay and they came in yesterday, let me start off by saying this is not a good experience at all. As you can see from the pics below the idiots painted OVER the edge of the stripes and the kanji symbols on the sides must have been painted with a stencil that they cut out themselves because the lines are very jagged. WE have a friend who has a body shop and he specializes in bikes so I assumed he would get these on no problem, well just talked to him and they are not lining up at all!! I agree that $725 for a new set of fairings even if the paint isnt that great but if you cant get them to line up its pointless, the seller is suppose to be getting back to me on the paint issues but I havent even emailed him about the things not lining up.
