Bike has not been started since Sept'08, so put a new battery in it 1 gal of super unleaded and it fired up first time, nice to hear my "bad baby" run again. here is a list of my winter mods and my comments:-
1) 16/42 Chain Set (spins up in 2nd gear)
2) LED Flasher relay (imported from Oz, 100% good buy)
3) "Brembo" 4 Pot Calipers, Ti bolts, custom Hoses, Fluid Pot and WSB Pads
4) Gilles Chain adjuster (not so easy to adjust, but look sweet)
5) "Brembo" Rear Brake Kit
6) CF Hugger/Chain Guard
7) Titanium Rear Spindle Nut (expensive but
8) "StompGrip" Traction Pads (not cranked it over yet)
First thing I noticed is that the bike fills lighter and turns faster, new brakes are better than the old 6 pots after only 30 miles, should be great when they a fully bedded in. Will need a speedohealer and a gear position indicator as nailing it in 2nd leaves the rear hoop spinning 3rd gear is better and it go's like a stabbed rat, only down side is the clutch is leaking, please see my other thread lease:lease:
