I think of the song by the Eagles, "the Last Resort"

"Call someplace paridise and kiss it good-bye.

Great song and deals with how people ruin everything, especially...the good things.

I've seen the recent posts on the Gap, and figure between the wrecks, too many riders, and the LEOs...were just about there.

So...my question is, where is the next Gap or another "unknown" great place to ride that isn't spoiled yet?

Any places or roads, the closer to Florida the better (for me anyway).

central florida- "the loop". also the ride up through salt springs to palatka. watch for the florida bears.

Part of <span style='font-size:13pt;line-height:100%'></span> ride was right there. It was great.

) TN 68 from Ducktown to Tellico Plains is fantastic...
(30)   by tellico plains  too is a very good road
30 Doesn't go to Tellico Plains...it runs from 411 to 64 through Reliance and Greasy Creek. That is a great ride too. There is a place called call Rob's General Store on that road that has fantastic hand dipped ice cream. If you go there, knowing that Rob (short for Robbie) is a lady will get you points.

How come a guy from ALABAMA knows a route called "the loop" in FL and us in FL have know idea what he's talking about?

Not any loops in FL as far as I know. Everything down here is primarily straights w/ left and right perpendicular turns.

PM sent.
