hey,I'll be the 1st to admit I dont know **** about politics nor do I really care to act as if I did, they are all corrupt if you ask me and we only know what they want us to know

but you have to look at it this way.

the ppl spoke and the majority vote was obvious, the cheif in command is who he is,regarless of what the "popular" opinion is on this thread is.

it doesnt hurt my feelings to hear ppl talk sh!t about Obama or Bush or democrats or whatever, like I said, they are all crooks and nothing anybody says will change that opinion.

there is no idea here thats gonna save the world but have at it,it always feels good to vent even if it doesnt mean squat to anyone but you

Obama Wants Vets To Pay For Healthcare
From a strangely unconcerned CNN:

Senators slam plan for wounded vets to use private insurance
By Adam Levine

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki confirmed Tuesday that the Obama administration is considering a controversial plan to make veterans pay for treatment of service-related injuries with private insurance.

Lawmakers say they’d reject a proposal to make veterans pay for treatment of war wounds with private insurance.

But the proposal would be "dead on arrival" if it’s sent to Congress, Sen. Patty Murray, D-Washington, said.

Murray used that blunt terminology when she told Shinseki that the idea would not be acceptable and would be rejected if formally proposed. Her remarks came during a hearing before the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs about the 2010 budget…

Asked about the proposal, Shinseki said it was under "consideration."

"A final decision hasn’t been made yet," he said…

So taxpayers dollars will be available for healthcare for illegal aliens and deadbeats, but not for wounded soldiers?

Wednesday, Obama promised Hispanic Caucus an Illegal Alien Amnesty

Pelosi calls enforcement "un-American"

Help us Smash Amnesty and "re-educate" Pelosi

DEAR FRIEND OF STRONG U.S. BORDERS,

This is hell week for immigration enforcement. If you care about this issue, please read this entire email carefully, and then take every step your friends here at NumbersUSA ask. Here's the update:

1. Wednesday, President Obama seemed to rent out his immigration policy to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the Mexican government.

2. And on Saturday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was caught on tape saying that immigration enforcement agents are "un-American" when they acted to enforce the laws.

Maybe you'll want to rub your eyes two or three times and re-read the above paragraphs.

Statements like "renting out" his foreign policy to the Mexican government are pretty alarming. We at NumbersUSA are usually careful to avoid heated rhetoric.

Oh gee..let's just give him a chance, how much damage can he do in 4 years...
O.M.G.... It's been what 40 days, the nightmare has not even
started yet.

I can't believe he wants to give some freeloading fatarse and her 9 kids
(by 9 different fathers) free healthcare but wanted to make our soldiers PAY.
Yeah I know it'll get shot down in congress but that's not the point...

Yep, apparently I'm part of a minority that is sick of all these taxes. Now I see why I didn't even notice we had a political section since it's at the very bottom of the page. Oh, well I tried to share.

Now the Government is going to be full of idiots with calculators poring over statistics to solve every social problem they can mine,... they will have the gov up your a$$.

Notice how the left didn't like the patriot act, but seem to have no problem with the gov taking control of the financial system! They are irrational dolts.

What caused this financial mess was not who ever was in office at the time, not that simple xxx,... the Democrats are the ones who forced banks to relax loan requirements, so that any idiot working at Walmart could buy a 200k house with no $$$ down proving they had the capacity to save. This is how liberal government operates, they are mush heads who can't think logically passed their idealistic mentality, and not bright enough to realize that gov cannot solve social problems and leave freedom intact.

Notice how often this dip**** Obama talks about "what's fair". 'What's fair', according to who (?), the people that pay the least in taxes (?), the people who have never employed anyone else, or created a business (?), or invented something. These are not the people responsible for the strength of an economy, ...they are the ones who brought it down.

This "what fair" idiot mentality is the same as the union mentality that brought down the US car manufactures. Mob rule, a mass of morons hi-jacking an otherwise naturally balanced norm. So now US car manufacturers have to pay some dolt $70 an hour to screw in a door handle.

Obama is going to bankrupt this nation. The value of the dollar is going to tank. Over $9.3 trillion in tens years added to the government debt,.. it cannot mathematically ever be paid off.

"Obama will call for increased oversight of 'executive pay at all banks, Wall Street firms and possibly other companies' as part of sweeping plan to 'overhaul financial regulation', NY TIMES reporting Sunday"

This has got to be unconstitutional. Can it get shot down by the supreme court? This is crazy.

You see how the left will enrage ignorant Americans over the AIG bonuses, in order to grab more control.
Try reading the constitution, you will find that the system of economics is not even addressed. The constitution would be equally adaptable to pure socialism and potentialy communism.

I think your stretchin' it a bit there. Not a lot of freedom under communism...
both however are FAILED forms of government that will NEVER EVER work.

Socialism cripples society economically and brings everyone down to the lowest
common denominator (which is pretty LOW) and communism is based on the
goodness of man (and is essentially for atheists)

I believe man sucks and is basically a selfish piece of crap...oh, or we call it
original sin and all the things that entails.

It's funny how even the liberal hippies tried their "Utopian" society but they all
failed. And France...what powerhouse of capital and productivity that is
(and they hardly have the welfare burden we have).

The best thing we could do is let free enterprise work, impeach and get rid
of the corrupt, pocket lining government, and start making EVERYONE accountable
for their OWN actions.

Long gone are the days of JFK, "ask not what your country can do for you, ask
what you can do for your country." Today, it's all about entitlements...

Your exactly right they have alot they dont want us to know. The problem is ALOT of it the mass media DOES know about it but choose not to air the neg. stuff. Well this neg. stuff is pretty important and the only way we get informed about any of it is through the opositions media.

Sometimes we have to shine a light in the closet

sorry if I offend anyone that loves him. He just does not dress or act like the President of the United States. I was willing to give him a chance, I wish he would display more dignity and honor to the office. Open collars, dressing down and dancing on the Ellen show?
I want to be optimistic, but my optimism fading.

When he won I was the same as you. I hoped for the best and was going to give him a chance. That all went out the window when I realized his TRUE intentions.
