Default Cbr 900 rr

Well I came across a bike today that I bought, its not a busa but is as quick.. it’s a CBR900RR The engine was built to 956cc by one of the premier bike engine builders in Texas. J & E racing pistons, LA sleeves, ported, polished undercut gears, Keon flat side racing carbs(41mm), MRE lock-up clutch system specially modified. D-N-D exhaust header system matched, swing arm has been stretched 8 1/2 inches, custom built full wet nitrous system and more. This bike is/was setup for the track I just lifted it for street get it set up for my type of riding, I think im going to ride it for a couple of weeks and repair what ever needs and drop it and try the track once, the guy I got it from thinks that full throttle and spray it should produce 300HP WHAT that makes me start shaking when I think about hitting the NOS

ya not sure about the 300HP ether but just looking at the spray system it has to be a wild shot. the paint was done by zombie paint over in SA Tex. inside it looks good but when the sun hits it the chameleon really stands out. this is going to be a good winter project bike to get in top/safe shape. it had been sitting for a while the owner was ready to let it go,

It might not be a good deal for most but to me it was, I got the bike and a lot of parts in a box, carbs, chain, sprockets, ect. 4,000$ the engine and trans has about 300miles on it and I have put about 200 more on already just making sure I dont need to do any engine /clutch work before I start the winter project of turn signals, oil change, and some other things that need looking at.. this bike is very quick w/out the NOS..

Nice bike.

I like the black one and I am partial to the white one.

Nice buy!

I sold my 96 900RR, back in July for $3,200. It did not have near as much work done to it as that one.

If you need some 900RR help, check out rrzone.com. Tell em "Puzzle" sent ya. You can down-load the manual in PDF format, too. Good group of goofballs there. Lots of good technical information, too. The 900RR is an extremely easy bike to work on. I built mine out of a couple piles of parts.

I sold my 900RR as part of the BUSA buying deal with my wife.

Nice RR. Now you have an RR that can't even corner as well as your Busa.
