Hi Chris, as for the carbon fiber levers, that's a dead-in-the-water project. The story goes (I did not know this at the time) that it was the US Distributor that was developing that project and not Pazzo corporate in Canada. Pazzo swapped their US Distributor a few months back for another (still Sacramento based assembly though) and that was the end of that story. Too bad, as the Carbon Fiber levers just sounded cool, I was pretty jazzed about the idea. But they never got beyond the prototype stage.

Here's the prototype pics. Remember, these are solid carbon fiber, not a faux finish, and planned price I think was $240 a set. If you were going for a carbon fiber motif on your Busa, these would have been very trick! Nothing like it out there.

As for the 08+ fitment blessing from Pazzo, still nothing solid there. I asked again about this a short bit ago, and was told they quite simply haven't gotten around to it. It's a simple thing really of getting an '08+ in their shop in Vancouver and having them remake the perch. I tried to set it up with a fellow h.org member who was local to their Vancouver shop, but he put Heli-bars on his bike right before.

Those reading this possibly not familiar with this story, the levers & bars are the same/unchanged for Gen-I & Gen-II, however the shape of the plastic is different on the '08+, and in rare instances without proper adjustment, the lever can touch at full lock. So Pazzo pulled it from their fitment list until they do a redesign of the perch.

I was reminded that Pazzo has been working on getting other bikes on their fitment list over the summer such as KTM & the new '09 GSXR.

I know there was talk about it but have never seen any part numbers?

Wug - another way to ask that is there any lever with a higher price point than Pazzos?

ASV's are also a house favorite with a higher price point ($240 a set I believe). You also have CRG's to choose from, and also the new kid on the block - FP Tactical Bi-Fold levers.

As far as I know, none of the aftermarket manufactures have specifically addressed the difference between the Gen-I & Gen-II plastics on the dash. Pazzo is simply the only one that has acknowledged it & keeps promising to issue a separate part number for the Gen-II.

I was looking at the FP levers but they dont have a GenII listing. I guess we will just have to wait till Pazzo corrects the problem
