FYI Pashnit has customer service that is as good as I have found!
It feels good to know that some people care!
Anyway I Posted to tell everyone that I went into a local cycle shop in Chicago and customer service was bad....I went to a shop I used to work at along time ago and a few owners ago and they had no Customer service at all.
6 days ago I emailed a company that has a CARBON FIBER large tank pad..I emailed again and called left msg...no response...WTF

UNLIKE a place across the country and I am getting emails that let me know when stuff will be shipped and did I mean to order this instead of that...etc.

Hi Steve, just getting back from 3 days on the bike, here's latest update as we collect up your order for you.

Clutch line will be in on Tuesday. GIpro w/ATRE SO2-Blue also comes in Tuesday. Had red in stock, but restocking those blues.

Pazzo Levers were assembled for you on Friday. Likely shipped out Friday and arrive today.

You'll like the Hot Bodies windscreen, here's a shot of mine. This is the light smoke of their Double Bubble (HB's calls it the 'Dual Radius'). That I'm sending directly to you right out of the factory.
