what kind of warranty do these carry?

I just saw a set of these wheels that were so far out of balance that they were almost unusable.. do they warrant this problem?

The wheels have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty through Dymag; however they would need to be mounted & balanced at a shop, and if there is any issues Dymag will stand behind the product. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
