Default Power commander III USB and Nitrous????
Do you think you have to have the ignition module to run nitrous in a busa 06?

Nope. PC is fine by itself if you are spraying moderate amounts.

I am useing at most 40hp shot in the airbox from two nozzles.

No worries. That is what I run and I have had no problems other than wheelies when spraying!!

Cool I look forwrd tothis setup being done just got my purge kit today so I am close to being done right now I am debating on going and getting some new cutters bits for my rotozip to cut out the bottom of the hump.
