Hayabusa turbo - stainless butterflies ?

I would like to know where to get the screws for the butterfly valves, i jacked two of them up while removing the set. I have also heard that replacing these screws is better than reusing them because they become compromised once removed. I checked the busa microfiche (gen 1, 2006) and...

Gen 1 Hayabusa Butterfly Valve Screws

Anyone know where i can find some? I checked the microfiche for a part number and it appears that Suzuki doesn't sell that screw separately, and if they do, im not sure where to find it. The screws attach to the round metal disks (throttle blades) inside the throttle bodies.

Hey guys and gals, Just thought i would ask here on the forum and see if anyone has a model of the busa that can be used with autocad or inventor fusion (2012). I am trying to come up with some fairing designs and if i dont have to re-create the motorcycle it would save me a little time...

    Blue-ish Green question

I got chance to talk to one of the local pilots here. I told him about my substance and he gave me some information that which i didnt know. Apparently the AVGAS sold at the airports here are two different colors. one contains a blue dye and the other contains a green dye. he said the reason...

    Blue-ish Green question

I know AVGAS doesn't have engine coolant in it... I was thinking maybe the coolant had seeped from my intercooler into my intake mixing with the AVGAS. A local builder here is telling me he thinks its just the AVGAS and the way it dries on metal.

    Blue-ish Green question

The substance has a grease consistancy to it. Yes I tasted it, I didn't consume it. I just wanted to see if it contained fuel or coolant. Both those liquids have distict flavors and it would be easier to figure out what's going on. The goo had no flovor at all.

    Blue-ish Green question

I smelled and tasted it. Could not determine what it was. I am running engine ice, I know that has a purple color to it, the only way any kind of coolant would to that the throttle bodies is if the intercooler was leaking. I haven't seen any leaks on the plenum nor did I see any inside the...

If you want better customer service (believe me you will need it) do with RCC. I can personally say that Hahn RaceCraft has 10% initiative when it comes to customer service, satisfaction, and returning phone calls and emails. If you do choose to go with any of these competitors, call frank @...

    Problem with Head ?

Gixer, Iknow what the packaging says, it says to put the studs in with no more than 5-7ft lbs and then to torque nuts to 60ft lbs. However, did you follow the torq sequence when you were tightening the nuts? Also dry torqing nuts will give you false feedback. You will need to remove the head...
