If Kawasaki paid so much attention to aerodynamics why did they go and stick standard indicators on the fairing? (which disrupt airflow) as for the winglets, I thought they were a stability aid no more.
If you like belting down traffic then you won't like the Busa - not the best bike for town work in the world, not particularly good steering lock combined with the stodgy steering damper makes town busting a pain.
Get something like a Second hand Yamaha ThunderCat and learn to ride on a medium...
Resister soldered across the turn signal wires?
I'm sure someone with a basic understanding of Ohms law and an ohm meter could work out the resistance needed!
Must take ages for Numbs and Pooh to have an arguement! :)
Seriously, well done I am gonna have a stab at sorting a few things on my Busa this weekend (kill box - brock mod) I'll have a look at the gubbins you mentioned under the tank while I'm at it.
I ain't gonna bloody clean it though - so...
Hmmm, I wonder if there's any value in putting the oil return above the clutch basket to drip lubricate the clutch and thus make it less grabby as Busa clutches can run too dry. (they run above the oil.)
Ensure the oil you use has good anti froth propeties!

Mine's probably not right as I have to run with at least a 1/3 of a tank of gas or it cuts out on full throttle. :(
Been like that since new - it's had all the recalls etc.
Do you guys actually have a motorcycle riding test before you are allowed to ride?
In the UK you have to do compulsary basic training even before riding a moped.
Then a theory test.
Then a Bike test with an examiner following you.
If you are under 21 you are restricted to under 33BHP for two...
