another possibility is ( 1) dodgy coil/ lead . Suzuki Japan are at odds to what's causing it.

In case you still have these issues, some results have come back from Suzuki Japan, even though they are still trying to replicate the fault over there on another bike. There seems to be a consensus opinion that it may be a dodgy ECU . Usually when I bike plays up , it comes up with a fault...

Cold start issues the bikes not mine, that what appeared consistent to fault, Suzuki Japan are now trying to replicate the fault over there. Anyway its their problem not mine now, dude I stayed in Anchorage for 9 months, Christchurch cold isn't even in the same ball park

I would kill to have got a full system single for my gen2. Even trying to scrounge off yoshimura the link pipe for the R77 single, can buy the new headers for gen3 but the full system comes with the AT2 muffler. According to Dan , the link pipe will fit both the new headers and the new R77...

Unfortunately all the data was sent off to Suzuki japan so they can replicate the problem there, yes we get winters up here, but we also get more sodden rain , what has been identified is that it is intermittent on cold mornings. Anyway it's their problem now, Coleman's have always looked after...

Just an update, after 3 weeks of running the bike hoping it will play up, we decided to plug in a,data logging tool into the bikes computer, it finally played up for a whole day and the data,was recorded, Suzuki Japan now has the data and are trying to replicate the fault on a bike over...

I believe the black/ gold model is being released within the next 3 months.
