Different bike, Everyone has thier favorite brand and taking NOTHING away from the Busa, it was my 2nd choice and I decided to go with my first choice.

I never said that I didn't believe that a cobra can hit 800 hp I fully understand they can!!! In my opinion I would think an 800 hp car would put up a better race.

I just realized another mistake I made in my first post here! I took for granted that that dyno sheet was a chasis dyno and that there was no NOS used durig the dyno run. If these were not the conditions then I started all this mistakenly! I apologize again.

It does a bit but watch out in 07 the GTO's will be on an all new platform and built in the US and there are plans for a Judge LS7 with over 600hp. I really don't understand why I have now become the GTO defender here?? LOL!

All of that doesn't make me believe a busa could pull away that easily from an 800 plus HP. car unless the busa has the same equivilent in mods!

Yes they can be if you don't know what your looking at!!! Arrowhead performance (a GTO equivilent to Roush or Saleen) makes a GTO Tiger with a 7.4l with 625 hp. and I've seen videos of it making Z06's look stupid!!!!

Ok before I'm tarred and feathered I typed faster then I was thinking!!! The top speed of the 05 GTO with limiter is 158 mph. The car without the limiter was an 05 Vauxhall Monaro (Aussie GTO) it had 394 horse power (it was not stated if this was crank shaft or rear wheel hp.) and it ran 184...

Nice car to kill! but I don't believe that dyno sheet for a second!!!! An 05 GTO has about 360 ponies to the ground and runs 12's in the 1/4 and wieghs 3700lbs. and the speed limiter is set at 164mph but new goats w/o the limiter have already been up to 198mph completely stock!!!!! on closed...
