Does anyone know where I can get one without the 62 dollar shipping?

I'm headed to the mile In a few weeks and I have a serious problem. I have no idea what swing arm this is, and no idea how to mount the brake bracket. It's a flat bracket and the swingarm is angled. Any ideas??

I've had mine suction cupped to the tank at 176, and it was as smooth as it could be. I did tether it with a shoe string... But it never fell off!! I have a YouTube video of me topping the bike out, and you can see for yourself how clear everything was. Just search my s/n.

I as well am 6'8 and i went with a two piece joe rocket. I wish the top was perforated but thats my only complaint. I do have a one piece, but if i was only an inch or two shorter it may be perfect, but since im not its doesnt work for me and is taking up closet space.
