Update:
Gas gauge reads correctly
Tachometer translation seems accurate
Speed still needs to be precisely checked but is within 5% based on 'flow of traffic
Still having issues with the codes being thrown :/
damn thats crazy! Over 100mph average! On the busa you'd have to wear a freakin fuel cell on your back. I get like 30mpg lol that's like over 20 fuel stops haha
Cool, so it seems like the gauge cluster from the 1000 is throwing its own codes. Because my ECU won't produce those codes.
Maybe I can have them removed.

Alright, so a few questions... Here is the sequence..
Key on, gauge cluster says "CHECK"
ignition on, gauge cluster says nothing - just the coolant temp.
Engine on, FI light on and says "CODE"
two codes:
C93 & C38

So i found a way to mount to gauge cluster without fab'ing a bracket.
I don't use an ignition switch because of the Smart feature I have on the bike (my phone is the key) so I screwed it in to the right side bottom hole of the ignition switch mounts. Used a security bolt. I'll end up making a...

A little bit of testing and it's figured out. At least to make it operational. After setting up the test station, it was literally the easiest thing ever. Nearly all the colors match up.
