when i hear of fuel injected vehicles flooding... the first thing i think is ecu. fuel pressure is correct? pull your spark plugs to determine if condition is across all cylinders.

as to the first cop shot... damn. if it wasn't a high risk stop, i don't know that standard practice is to pull all passengers. it really went south after that though. once shots were fired... very very bad. i want to believe that there was a combination of complacency and not enough...

it sounds like you have replaced the entire fuel system w the exception of the ecu. i read that you did check the battery. you had it load tested? your bike is charging correctly? 12-14 volts when off, and a marked increase in voltage running?

oy! tubes are bad in tubeless radial tires. best suggestion buy a wheel.
