I forgot to update this...the problem was the positioning of the cams..I had to borrow the Hanes manual to figure out the proper way to align the cams..
I checked the plugs..they're dry and still clean. Fuel pump operating properly with correct voltage and all that. Injectors spraying good and steady. I'm at a loss of thought...I usually figure this stuff out.
2001 Hayabusa won't start and it's my only means of conveyance!

*2007 ecu
*full exhaust
*supposedly has custom cam (I didn't do it)
*gIpro tre

I went through hell trying to figure this out..replaced the gps..went thru miles of wiring and countless other things. Turns out the alarm was draining the battery and the bike wasn't getting proper voltage..disconnected the alarm and dropped in a lithium battery. She is a full fledged beast...

The bike doesn't feel hurt mechanically..it just feels like something is holding her back..like a fuel delivery issue or something. I don't know?
