yea, but probably not with the bad business decisions that i made during the transaction. i actually have no proof that the dude owes me anything at all, a very costly mistake that i will never make again.

hope everything works out for you! i myself just got ripped 1200$ over the sale of a cbr600, totally trusted the guy cuz he was a local, and is in the army, actually over in Afghanistan when he first contacted me. i put way to much faith in him, and now im screwed....

I use a tender since I replaced my original battery about 6 months ago, but really wonder if a battery can really last any longer than my original which lasted since 2003 and never had a tender on it.
