I have done the same to mine and love it, after overthinking about an aftermarket undertail. I also added LED turn signals behind the passenger pegs to make it legal. You need 9 inches between the 2 turn lights.

I love the looks of mine without the shovel, although I asked the same question when I first bought the bike with the stock fender: why cut it?!!!

Don't forget to use tread locks when you assemble them back on the bike.

I replaced my stock swingarm with a 6" over and love it. Due to the change in the pivot point, you will need to lower your rear a little just to get you back to the stock height. Bear in mind that you are recommended to replace the factory shock with a stiffer one (again, due to the pivot point)...

OMG, I wish I was back home for this event. Whereabouts in Brazil was this? Any insights on how to bring my used busa to Brazil. All I know is any vehicles have to be zero miles and pay crazy taxes to get in to the country.
