I would measure the push rod you have in and see if it is correct. There would be no reason for your original one to be too short....especially if it was working before. Who did the machine work on the transmission? It still sounds like gear slip.....

Not sure how long you are sitting or how hot it is where you are, but could be air in system. Look up how to burp the radiator and make sure you have good coolant. You can try engine ice, but result are varied. You can also install a manual fan switch and flip it as soon as you are stopped...

Nope...didn't realize that, most conversation on 200mph is in a mile. When I ran the mile, I started with 1# bottle in the hump and ran out before I was through the mile (pressure drop). So I added a second bottle a 2.5# bottle in the swing arm and it last over 2 runs....but I was spraying...

With your weight/HP you will need to spray the whole time so you will need 2 small bottles or 1 large bottle or you will run out of N2O...... and hope for a good tail wind. I had your exact specs and ran 199mph. It also caved in a landing on one piston. So I built a 1441 and had no problem...

Looks stripped any way. Not too many phillip head screws on a Busa.

Glad to see both sides of a story instead of one sided bashing. All the seats I see look great.

Get a Clymer Hayabusa Repair Manual. They are about $30. It has very good detailed engine sections. For youtube videos.....Tombo racing videos are ok, I think most are 08 and later Busa's. They show you how to, but use your own judgment on it.
