Barber for '09?

Rich, Ryan and I would really love to make the 3rd Annual Hayabusa.org Trackday at Barber!

But it is over 2,000 miles and about 30hours driving away. Â*Its gonna take major planning to get us West Coasters out there.

So to start out with, can you Barber regulars post up a list of all known trackday organizers that run trackdays there?

If only from sheer will power, I'll make it to Barber Â*

Let's do it!! I'm totally down. But here's the catch, for me:

I start RN school Feburary 2009 and spring semester gets out early June. Fall semester resumes in September. So...If we can book in the heart of summer, June thru late August, that'll be golden.

When doesn't matter to me as much as knowing in Sep '08 what the '09 barber dates are so I can bid my vacation for the right days.

Other considerations are trailering out, shipping our bikes and flying out, or renting bikes and flying out.

This is gonna be the biggest/most planned event yet

Rich was talking bout that. Prolly getting someone to volunteer driving the trailered bikes while the rest of us fly out.

Barber is the elusive one so to speak. I have signed up for 4 days in the last year, only to not be able to make the trip.

My trackdays are on hold right now due to a soon return to 6 months of chemo. I will have to see how I feel after that before making any decisions.....

I'd go with NESBA. If I can make it 22 hours to Miller 2 years in a row, you can make Barber.

Those are just 2007 dates. We'll use the 2008 dates and the 2007 dates to figure out what the 2009 dates are most likely to be. I bid my vacation time in September 2008 for the year of 2009, so I have to know before the trackday organizers know their own dates.

Any other trackday organizers that goto Barber besides Nesba and STT??

I can make Barber in 09. Miller in 08 is out of the question unfortunately too many other trips for family this coming year.

After talking with my Oncologists, he said to do what ever my body says I can do. I am gonna see what I can do about Miller for this year. I asked a question in the Miller thread....
