Ogio mach 3 ... what a great aerodynamic bag ... very comfortable even on longer rides and remained waterproof through a crazy Arizona monsoon even though it isn't advertised as such.. and I swear that when I have the hump my bike and the bag on my back I'm even more aerodynamic than without it when tucked
What has held me off from pulling the trigger on one is folks complain the straps and seams look frayed in a short time (weeks) have you experienced that you scallawag you?
It will fit a 15 inch laptop, has straps for a pair of shoes and a change of clothes. Also has an array of pockets for small items. 22 liter I think is the volume (1350 ci)
Two days worth of clothes for work, shower supplies, and a bag of electronics like chargers and such. I can easily fit my Dainese textile jacket inside of it.

I routinely carry a spare uniform and my rain gear inside of it.
The bag expands a little to accommodate more stuff. Even at full capacity, it's not overbearing and still comfortable on my back. Speed has never been a factor due to its design.
Had mine for a few years now had held up to the abuse. No issues with straps or seams. And it can hold a lot. I carry my 17in laptop in mine and can even hold a 18pack.
