i finding it hard to down shift to lower gears when coming to a stop , maybe clutch needs adjusting ? or is this normal??

Try blipping the throttle as you downshift.

Try stomping on it like you mean it, just like you should while up shifting!

You're not trying to go from 6 to 1 while your not moving are you? Try downshifting and letting the clutch (at least partially) out between each shift.

+1 on just letting the clutch out a hair. Works every time.

i was reading that the busa is 175 hp at the crank is this right , the new zx 14 is 197 hp at the crank does this sound right
