I second the motion of thanking all those who have and will service.  Our ability to use this forum is because of the sacrifices they have and will continue to make.

It is the VETERAN, not the preacher,
who has given us freedom of religion.

It is the VETERAN, not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.

It is the VETERAN, not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.

It is the VETERAN, not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.

It is the VETERAN, not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.

It is the VETERAN, not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.

It is the VETERAN,
who salutes the Flag,

who serves under the Flag,

ETERNAL REST GRANT THEM O LORD,
AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT
SHINE UPON THEM.

A picture is worth 1000 words.

This is the best thread today, and Captain, you sure made me choke too, especially the one with the wheelchair vet standing as the flag went by.

It's the simple things like this. Just to know someone is greatful that made it all worth it. You are most welcome. I'd do it all over again. To all others I say thank you. We must continue on with supporting our service men and women to ensure our way of life.
