OK Guys. I have installed a new set of EBC HH pads and they will stop old blue on a dime! However, I have read in some post they can be noisy and mine are. I have only about 40 miles on the thus far. I can roll the wheel while up on the pit bull and they even sound off then with just a little drag! Will this go away?

yeap, usually takes about 75 miles or so. one thing i did was spray the pads with simple green and then hose off the entire brake assembly to get the brake dust outta there. that actually helped quite a bit.

The sound you hear when applying the brakes WILL NOT go away.

+2 - I put EBC HH pads on the front about 300 miles ago and followed the break in procedure in one of the pinned notes in maintenance. They make a little bit of a buzzing noise when you're stopping, and a continual buzz (cicadas on crack?) when cruising above 30 mph or so.

After awhile it's not so noticeable.

But they do stop!!!!!
