Dual stage fuel injection

I was never sure what dual-stage fuel injection was supposed to be. I just read an article in Popular Science talking about Honda's MotoGP bike and they describe dual-stage fuel injection as being a second set of injectors that kick in after a certain rpm.

Is that true in the Busa?

Guy on H.org says that Busas have only 1 set of injectors. So what is it that Zuke means in their hype about dual stage fuel injection?
