Piaa or sylvania bulbs?

if i use a hid i'll void warranty...so which is better piaa or sylvania?

a buddy of mine has the silstar 800o k bulb has a blue tint and much brighter than his stock bulb!

are these that similar that this post is dying? i read somewhere that the piaa's melt wiring? is this true?

or is it from installing a higher watt bulb that caused it?

I'm telling you Dave I had the sylvania in mine for about 3-4 months but I don't know anyone that had a piaa except the one post I showed you.

that's not legal to void you warranty on the whole bike cause of a lighting choice. it may void a part of it that pertains to parts related to the lighting..... but thay cannot tell you that if a rod seizes, that you are SOL.

BTW I use the silver star in my highbeam....been 6 months werx fine.

++ just make sure and go with as close to stock wattage as possible.... Thats where your trouble will begin! HID shouldn't void a warranty anymore than removing your rear blinkers. Ya know the ones that stick out farther than Dumbo's ears...
