Anything?
Is it worth any thing to fix up just to play around with?

Can buy the bike for $25.00.
They just want it gone so I told them I might give 25 for it.

Old bikes are cool. I rode a Seca 750 years ago...decent machine for that era.

If you are building it to sell....better get it real cheap. It isn't old enough to be a real collector bike and not new enough to still be popular.

I keep my old 550 just because it is worth more to me than to anyone else. It has sentimental value as I bought it new in '81...

Looks something like that except yours is clean and this is not all shined up.

Had several of those motors over the years.
Check the charging system too.
Did a few stators and rectifiers on those YICS motors.

The Seca 750 was the best bike I had in the 80's. I rode it fast and hard for many years.

Just to follow up. I got it home and it has been sitting outside for many years. I have gotten it to start up and run so the motor is okay so far.
Carbs are being cleaned up. They are gummed up pretty bad. I hope to have them back today and try to get them put on and see what happens.Next thing will be to see if the trans is okay. After that Who knows. Just bought it to play with and may have to restore it and ride it sometimes, but the busa will be mad at me then. I am just having fun working on it since I can not ride the busa just yet.

I'd think the busa would like to have a little brother.
