well in sept, we do the reverse run, from the bay area to sacramento. That one will even be bigger but will be a pain in the ass unless the chp lets us go through the toll booth without paying 3000+ bikes in line at the toll booth is a #####. As you can see from the pics, the chp closed down the highways at certain times to make sure we all could stay together. A total of 20 cops hooked us up and we are in great appreciation for it. They were cool as hell. I have never been able to run that many red lights. lolNow if you are going to do a group ride...this is how you do it!
