I rode down main street Sturgis about 5 yrs ago (during bike week) with a pack of Harleys. The riders had "Russian Mafia" on their jackets and they talked in what I thought was the Russian language. Maybe Putin was one of them! I wish I had pics, sorry didn't get any.
