what is the biggest size tire to fit stock rim

200 Series.

We argue about the handling, but been running them for years & I like it just fine.

whe ya get a 200 do you switch the hieght? Meaning is the tire a little taller or no?
 
I've run both & the stock 190 is skinnier in the rear, so the handling is quicker and it falls into the corner better.

However, the 200 is sexy and I love the meaty tire on the rear.

And an expert rider can lay the bike over just fine in the twisties so don't believe what they say that the bike can't handle with a 200/50.
