Coolant ?

If I'm starting to run low on coolant can I just add some or do I completely change it.

Well it's the first time I've had the fairing off. Bought it in August. It the coolant was just under the low line.

Since the bike new to you, change the coolant and top it off to the correct level and keep an eye on it. Probably nothing wrong, previous owner probably never had it to the full mark. Also wouldn't hurt to chance the engine oil and filter while you have the fairings off.
