Gen 1 Frame Covers

Who's got em and how do you like em? I've been thinking about getting a set because I REALLY done want to tear her down to the frame for powdercoat.

Any brands to stay away from? It looks like they are stuck on with epoxy...not sure how I feel about that.

Ball Z makes em in chrome, a few companies make them in CF which can be a bit pricey but compared to a complete tear down you'll save $$$

i got mine from ball-z, they are plastic with a chrome finish, they look great on, a little pricey, but worth not having to tear the bike apart to polish the frame, call ball-z, and ask for toni, she will take care of you

I would do gloss black. Are they epoxied on or is it just double sided tape?

i have the gloss black, it looks like the frame is painted...i get alot of complements on them.......Ball Z Motorsports..

I've got a set on one of mine. Love em. The other one I polished the frame... I learned my lesson. That will never happen again!
