going to see a bike tomorrow..

2006 limited
12,000kms

guys says has original tires...but they need to be replaced..i figure if this bike is on OEM tires its been babied big time...

Question:

what were the oem tires on 06 busa... canadian bike? ..if that matters

Bridgestones came on my '06. I don't recall the tire specifics.

Another note, if you are going to be replacing the OEM tires, several people on here run the Dunlop Q2 in the front (now Q3 I suppose) and Dunlop Roadsmart in the rear (now Roadsmart II I suppose ) and I have followed in their steps. Results have been great. Have 4500 miles on the combo now and it looks like I will hit 6000 miles no problem. Better than the 1200 Miles of AMAZING grip I got out of the Q2!!
