The date on the article was January 21, 2005....it must of been in print somewhere else, i guess. Or are you talking about the gif, if so, stop staring at the jugs and click on the link.

I've noticed the same motorcycle boom here in the midwest, and I've wondered how many of those riders are those "rusty or inexperienced" ones. The motorcycle safety courses are a definite plus, and choosing the correct bike for a skill level is important too.
