Title says runs great but descript says 'for parts not running'?

If the seller didn't have so many good feedbacks I swear that it is put together with stolen parts.

+1 Acquired throught a trade and has no paperwork. But a clean record through the DMV ??? If it has a clean record then he can apply for a lost/replacement title.

Not if there is a lien,it will have clean #'s through dmv..
