low speed cut back

hello can anyone help me when i'am in first gear taking off my bike is cutting back like its trying to cut off it idles at 1100 rpm but when the rpms get to around 3 to4 grand she runs smooth

What year bike, miles, etc? Your idle should be about 1250, you may need a TB sync. But I am betting you just need to up your idle a little more. Welcome to the oRg.

Sounds like its idle is to low.
