thats awesome too bad i have a home made wooden lift and a harbor freight lift and thinking about buying a handy lift with the 4 wheeler extensions and cherry picker style lift

Made one of these back when I was 19 with a dragbike.
Back the Toyota truck up to it. unstrap it and roll it back on the wooden stand, strapped it to the eye bolts, wrenched and tweaked on in till the next race day.

Hint:
Make a hatch door in the middle to open to change the oil and inspect the lower end.

Lined mine with blue astro turf easy to clean and looked nice.

very ceni find and an inexpensive build compared to buying a lift. Mods you might want to sticky this.

Looks like a PITA. When a HF lift can be had for just over $300, the time and expense building a wooden one wouldn't be worth it IMO.

Another thing is this; Once you have your bike on a lift you'll want to hoist it up everytime you park it because of how convenient and handy it is. I wouldn't want to bother with getting a long ramp or whatever to have to evil knievel the bike up there every single time.
