ECU editor in seattle area?

does anyone have the hardware and software to throw a tune on my bike? i'd like to run 4 short stacks and unify the fuel maps. possibly pull a little fuel out at cruising rpms/low throttle to get better mileage on the highway, and also add the quickshifter functionality. can anyone help me out? trade you some beer/stuffed cheeseburgers for your time

I'm going to be getting the dyno up and rolling in next couple weeks. I have all the software, and gonna start using the software here as seems no one over here wants to mess with ecu editor so maybe it will bring me a bit more business..
