ok i need help bad i have a 2001 busa that the batterys are not getn charged it only charges up to 12.56 anyone no what it might could be????

Find an on-line free downloadable service manual. Very simple to check the charging system. I agree that you need to get the battery load tested.
 
I don't know if you measured the voltage with the bike running or not, but around 5K RPMs it should read around 13.5 VDC. If the bike wasn't running 12.5 VDC would be about right.
 
A battery will read 12.5v and still not have enough CCA to fire up the bike. If the battery is more than a couple of years old, it's probaby due for a replacement. By the way, regardless of if the bike will start or not, if, after you've been on a ride and you meter the batter and it reads 12.5 - 12.85, the charging system on the bike is probably fine. But, as mentioned, get the service manual. It's easy to test the charging system.
