bike wont start, f1 light & oil light on

out riding today, 95 degrees and bike is extremely hot but guage only slightly above half way. stop to get something to eat to let it cool off. go out to start and turns over but no start and f1 light is lite and oil lamp is solid red. 2000 hayabusa 21000 miles. oil full in sight glass. any ideas or suggestions?

left it sit for 3 hrs came back and still wont start trailered it home, where do i go from here
