Fault Codes

I must be sick or somethin.. I was bored and couldve been looking at porn but decided to read the troubleshooting section in the busa manual.. my question is with the fault codes..

How do I get them out of the computer if i need to?

you connect the two wires in the rear together and the code will appear where the clock is

Here is a quote from another post by Rhythm  
"Its located on the clutch side of the rear fairing and covered with a rubber cap.  Pull the cap off and jump the two sides using a piece of wire any gauge that will fit .
Connect both side as in the photo, then turn the ignition on" and the code will show on the odometer

looks like that "special tool" would be pretty easy to make.. 2 wires, toggle switch, the plug would be optional.

paper clip and it is NOT on the clutch sitch it is on the left side of the bike if you are sitting on it (kickstand side)

um i think he meant clutch lever side
