Anyone heard of a Runman chain guard?

Page 60 SSB mag shows a small triangle shaped guard that goes on the bottom of the sprocket to keep body parts from getting caught. Displayed on an R6.

Don't know if I'd want one or not, but thought it interesting that I've never seen this piece before.

Not able to locate it or a picture on Google or even in the SSB web site...
